10-Minute Home Workouts You Can Do With No Equipment

A short, consistent workout most days will generally do more for your fitness than an occasional long one. These routines need no equipment and can be done in a small space.

Routine 1 — Full body basics

30 seconds each, repeated twice: bodyweight squats, wall or knee push-ups, standing march in place, glute bridges, and a standing side stretch.

Routine 2 — Gentle mobility

Slow neck and shoulder rolls, gentle torso twists, standing forward fold, hip circles, and ankle rolls — useful on rest days or after long periods sitting.

Routine 3 — Light cardio

March in place, step touches side to side, slow high knees, and gentle jumping jacks (or step jacks for lower impact), each for 45 seconds with short rests between.

How to choose

Pick whichever routine matches your energy that day rather than forcing the hardest option every time — adherence over a month matters far more than any single session.
